Information for Clients
Information for Clients
Services are available to all children and adolescents (ages 3-21) who live or attend school in Arlington, as well as their adult caregivers. Individuals (or their caregivers) interested in services complete a “phone intake” during which you are asked questions such as why you are seeking treatment, demographics, and insurance. As a client who has never been seen at our office, you will be asked a number of questions, which is a part of our “phone intake.” You will be asked questions regarding demographic information, insurance information, reason for why you are seeking treatment, etc. This information is necessary to set up your first appointment with a clinician.

Insurance and Payment for Services
AYCC is committed to providing timely, affordable, and accessible care to community youth and families, regardless of their ability to pay. Most of AYCC's outpatient and school based mental health services, including individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, and medication treatment, are covered by insurance. AYCC accepts most major private insurance, as well as MassHealth and Medicare. For services that are not covered by insurance, AYCC offers grant assistance to income-eligible families, and will work with all families to ensure that services remain affordable and accessible. Please contact us for more information about our grant assistance options.
